Good to know before you book

How far is the cabin from Breckenridge?

About 45 minutes to the lifts, over Hoosier Pass on CO-9. It’s a beautiful drive — and it means you skip I-70 entirely coming from Denver. Full details in our ski guide.

Is the hot tub open in winter?

Yes — winter is exactly when it’s best. There’s nothing like a soak in the falling snow after a ski day.

Do I need AWD or 4x4 in winter?

Yes. From October through May we require AWD or 4x4 with good tires. The driveway is plowed after 6 inches of snowfall.

Which other ski areas are close?
